Store Policies
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We have a 30 day return policy. The item must be in resellable condition, which means it has to include all original item packaging and be free of rips, fabric tears, all animal hair and residue. We can not accept returns on treats or food for safety reasons. Contact us at info@godogtugtoys.com to let us know which items will be returned, reason for return and address where the package needs to be returned to. Anything returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping on returned items. We do not refund the original shipping on returns. We charge $5 for any address corrections we must make in order to deliver a package if the wrong address was provided to us. All addresses for UPS must be physical addresses not PO Boxes. We will not ship a package UPS to a PO Box. Shipping options in the US are Ground. At this time we are unable to send packages outside of the US & are unable to expedite any item. Some orders do have to go Postal - Alaska. With Postal, the USPS does not consider a package lost until after 30 days. If you require that a package be sent Postal, contact us for a shipping quote at info@godogtugtoys.com We reserve the right to send your package via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Some items may be advertised as “Free Shipping”, this only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere else outside of the US. Items that are marked as free shipping will not be charged shipping costs at checkout. If there are other items in your cart that do not qualify for free shipping, you will only be charged the shipping for those items. Hours of Business Business hours are Monday through Thursday PST from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 12pm, excluding any holidays that fall during the week. Orders will be placed during business hours as they are received. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders are usually shipped 24-48 business hours after they are placed.
Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged, contact us at info@godogtugtoys.com and let us know what the damage is and if there is any damage to the outside package. Keep the item and outside packaging. The postal services may want to inspect the damaged package and file a claim. If an item is missing from an order or the wrong item was sent, please contact us at info@godogtugtoys.com
